I love spending an hour in church with the Praise Team leading us in worship. Singing all the beautiful contemporary Christian songs I hear on the local radio station. And then the scripture and yes even the sermon can all be a GREAT start to my week. And now I will be spending another hour with a great group of first graders in Sunday School. Today is the first day I will actually be teaching the class, but I am really looking forward to it.
Two wonderful hours of worship and some time being the hands and feet of Christ. This is really the main reason I love Sunday morning.
The rest of the days is mine to plan, to enjoy.....and today is the celebration of my Granddaughter's third birthday. I can't think of a better way to spend my Sunday.
How do you like to spend your Sunday's????
Until next time....

Sounds like a good day. Happy Birthday to your granddaughter. How are your parents doing?
I have been given the day off from the combine, so the girls and I made a run to the big city to stock up on what we were low on. As fate would have it this is the second year in a row our youngest has come home with a Halloween costume with parts NOT in the bag. UGH! Bless her little heart; she wanted me to turn right back around and get the rest of her costume, but I had to tell her we were not making the 50 mile round trip again today. I will get it exchanged on my net trip down there. I think she will survive. It is a bride's dress and the veil is missing. ;-P to Walmart! ;-)
