I knew this day was coming.......
I just wasn't sure how I would feel......
The process of grieving involves many firsts.....
The first Christmas.....
The first New Year's celebration...........
And today......
The first Father's Day!
Happy Father's Day Dad.

Kim just think of all the happy memories you had with him. I know I think he was great guy in the short time I got to know him! LY
My thoughts are with you... The first one is difficult. I still have my dad with me, but my mom passed back in 2006. Her first birthday and Mother's Day was difficult.

You have had so much to deal with. Our fathers died within 3 months of each other. Our fist fathers day without them was so hard. Birthdays as well. I was holding my newborn grandson on my fathers birthday and broke out into tears. My fathers name was Max and my grandson was named Maxton. We have to hold on to those memories. We will see them again. (((((HUGS))))
